  Turned away law enforcement officer in National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day saying they will and are not participating in any of that. The manager was very rude. Even Google shows that all McDonald's will be a part of this celebration. Not on Thomas Rd. I will not be back! And will let social media know you're appreciation for law enforcement!

  Staff is rude, order is wrong every time and the manager is a douche. Don't order a large meal. You'll get a medium then when you show your receipt showing you paid for a large, the manager again, makes the girl up charge me. Won't be back. Worst McDonald's around.

  When I pulled up to place my order, I told the lady 4 times what I wanted and how I wanted it made. Got my food and yet again 2 of my burgers were wrong. Told them and they remade it after me telling them 20 million times how I wanted it. Low and behold I get my food and yet again it's wrong!!!! Every time I order at this McDonald's or the one on wells Rd in west monroe for some reason it's always messed up! How hard is it for someone to look up at a screen and make it the way it says. It's not that hard. People need to get their stuff together and learn how to do their job!
